Talia brings over fifteen years’ experience with grantmaking, government, and philanthropic institutions to her role as Program Officer with Carrot. Prior to joining the team, she spent more than a decade with the Los Angeles Department of Arts and Culture, where she created and oversaw an array of support services and learning opportunities for seasoned and emerging arts administrators and individual artists. She also spent six years supporting school districts with grant and professional development programs through a County-wide regional arts education initiative, Arts for All. Talia earned her A.B. in Interdisciplinary Studies in the Humanities from the University of Chicago, and Ed.M in Arts in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
