Throughout her career, Christibelle has taken every opportunity to use her powers for good: activating change, advocating for social responsibility, and cultivating stronger communities. She joined Carrot as our first-ever Program Officer in January 2018 and has since collaborated with our team to design and manage custom initiatives to address homelessness, the environment, strengthening democracy, and other important efforts. She brings her friendly energy, enthusiasm, and more than 20 years of experience in philanthropy/CSR and the nonprofit sector, including program development, project management, grants, operations, PR, and marketing. A Southern California native, Christibelle earned a BS in Sociology & Business from UC Riverside and was awarded a fellowship upon graduation with Leadership Education for Asian Pacifics, a national nonprofit committed to growing future leaders. Since then, she has contributed as a utility player to teams at The Wonderful Company, House of Blues Music Forward Foundation, CCS Fundraising, and The Rogers Group (now FINN Partners), among others. While at play, Christibelle enjoys the outdoors, sports, volunteering, yoga, and adventuring with her two sons.
