Amaré has over a decade of experience building systems in service of strategy, storytelling, and social impact. She has supported senior leaders across foundations, nonprofit organizations, and the education sector, bringing a human-centered approach to designing efficient systems that translate an organization's north star into measurable impact. Prior to Carrot, Amaré led strategy and operations initiatives for social impact organizations and served as a Program Officer at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, where she designed and launched a $10 million education grant portfolio. She holds a BA in Psychology from UC Berkeley and a MS in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco.
